Topic - Housing Preservation

Preservation in the housing context can refer to historic preservation, whereby efforts are made to preserve and retain historic structures in a community. It may also refer to the preservation of rental housing, in which efforts are made to stem the loss of affordable rental homes. Rental housing preservation can focus on physical maintenance and repairs, the maintenance of a development's affordability, or both.
